Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Full refund will be applied Incase of any cancellations received 30 days prior to check in
Any cancellation between 29 – 14 days prior to arrival will subject to 50% cancellation charges.
Any cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival subject to 100% cancellation charges.
Important note : some hotels will apply different policy especially on peak periods which will be clearly updated before confirmation.
We do not store any client information on our website. Serenity Travel is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using our website.
